Join our dynamic team at Teleperformance in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere!

This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the Benelux market, onboarding and engaging with companies with high potential, possibly future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment. This involves building strong relationships, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.


Responsibilities

* Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisements.
* Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
* Detect and understand customer objectives and offer tailored solutions for their needs.
* Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
* Increase spend and upsell campaigns.
* Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
* Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.


Requirements

* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred)
* Language Skills: C2 level of Swedish and C1 level of English. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
* 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing, especially in high-stakes environments.
* Ability to work independently and meet goals with occasional supervision.
* Familiarity with managing customer data and using CRM tools.
* Uses AI tools to support daily tasks and improve outreach strategies.
* Effective communication skills with different audiences.
* Comfortable working toward goals in a collaborative environment.
* Confident in delivering presentations and writing professional content.
* Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
* Ability to analyze competitors and identify trends.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and providing helpful support.


Specialized Skills for the Nordic Market

* Market understanding of the Nordic region, including cultural nuances and business practices.
* Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
* Analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data.
* Relationship building with key stakeholders.
* Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and ability to position Google Ads as a solution.
* Knowledge of local regulations, especially data privacy laws like GDPR.

* Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of €23,876 + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus.
