**Sales Manager Iberia Opportunity at tn-spain**

We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Granollers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales growth of our product group and develop strategic relationships with key decision makers.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Product and Business Development:
• Identify and deliver new product opportunities within our segments, leveraging customer and market potential to drive growth.
• Support the sales growth of the product group, providing product-market information to internal stakeholders and reviewing product performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
* Leadership/Relationships:
• Develop strategic and operational relationships with key decision makers and influencers in supplier communities.
• Foster strong relationships with Brenntag internal colleagues, managing and influencing without direct authority.
• Lead an internal network focused on local product management to ensure strategy delivery.
* Sales Strategy Implementation:
• Define and implement sales strategies and guidelines for Iberia Food.
• Set sales targets, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Manage assigned AM teams, collaborating with Business Development, Customer Service, and PM/IMM teams to share best practices.


Your Profile:

* Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large, complex companies across multiple countries or regions.
• Proven track record of working in international settings.
* Knowledge:
• Master's degree in a field such as Food technology, Engineering, or Economics, or equivalent level of education.
* Personal Skills & Attributes:
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets, developing influential business relationships and driving results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cultural sensitivity skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, combined with high self-motivation and the capacity to create business opportunities.
• Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines, demonstrating enthusiasm, determination, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
