We are looking for a Brand & Community Manager to protect, strengthen, and grow Drumelia's brand perception and relationship with its audience. This role sits above execution and below strategy: close to the market, close to the content, and close to the people.
This is not a social media management role. This is a brand stewardship and community-building role.
Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a leadership position within the marketing department.
Your mission
To ensure that Drumelia communicates with clarity, consistency, and credibility, and to actively build meaningful relationships with its audience, clients, and future talent.
Key responsibilities
* Own and protect Drumelia's brand tone, narrative, and positioning across all channels
* Act as the guardian of brand consistency in collaboration with the Content & Distribution Lead
* Manage and nurture the community:
o Comments
o Direct messages
o Ongoing conversations
* Create feedback loops between the market and the company:
o What resonates
o What creates trust
o What raises questions or concerns
* Support partnerships, collaborations, appearances, and brand initiatives
* Contribute to employer branding and recruitment messaging
* Help translate company vision, values, and standards into external communication
* Gradually take ownership of coordination and prioritization as the team grows
What this role is not
* Not a content executor
* Not a posting or scheduling role
* Not a performance marketing role
* Not a junior community moderator
This role owns brand perception and relationships, not volume.
