We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated professional to join the Legal Department as a Corporate Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and review of commercial contracts (in Spanish and English): NDA, CPA, Supply and Distribution, QTA, Agency, LOI, Comfort Letters, Services, and Intercompany agreements. Participation in the review of MSA contracts.
Contract management: administration of the contract database.
Corporate secretarial duties for group companies: preparation of board and shareholders’ meeting minutes; maintenance of corporate books; drafting of powers of attorney and amendments to bylaws; coordination with notaries and the Commercial Registry.
Insurance management: creation and maintenance of a database of the group’s active insurance policies. Support to the Legal Director in monitoring insurance coverage.
Support in day-to-day operations: handling legal queries from different departments; assisting various teams with routine matters such as completing forms, providing legal documentation, etc.
Support in Compliance and ESG: review of policies, assistance with ESG reporting and internal reporting. Support in the personal data protection system. Assistance in the implementation and monitoring of the risk map.
Requirements
~2–4 years of experience as a corporate Lawyer in a law firm or in-house.
~ Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (C1).
~ Strong legal technical skills.
~ Business-oriented mindset.
