This role is ideal for a seasoned, bilingual (Spanish and English) General Manager who excels in high-end, experiential environments and is passionate about leading dynamic teams in remote, distinctive locations.

The Role
The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team performance, and high service standards throughout the year.
They will lead a team of 25–40 staff, managing various departments and driving operational efficiency and team development.
Requirements
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Proven leadership experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in remote or international settings
* Hands-on management style, involved in all aspects of daily operations
* Strong leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating a diverse team
* Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards
* Willingness to relocate and adapt to remote resort lifestyle
