We're expanding our marketing departmentMadrid |Full-time| International ScopeWe're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Assistant to support our international marketing activities and take an active role in creating high-quality content across digital channels and customer-facing materials.If you enjoy combining marketing execution with structured content creation in a fast-paced B2B environment, this role is for you.What You'll DoManage and grow our LinkedIn presence (content, engagement, analytics).Create and maintain website and digital content (CMS, campaigns, email).Support graphic design tasks.Develop customer-facing materials such as product sheets & documentation; user guides & training content, and presentations, videos & webinars.Support events, trade fairs, and showroom activities at HQ.Ensure brand consistency across all channels.Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams & external partners.What We're Looking ForExperience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management.Strong understanding of LinkedIn & content performance.Ability to create structured, clear, and engaging content.Experience with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress).Fluent Spanish and English (C1+).Organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.B2B experience is a plus.Availability to travel occasionally.What We OfferA hands-on role with real impact on our general brand presence.Exposure to international projects and markets.Dynamic, collaborative team environment.On-site in Madrid + 1 day remote/week.Ready to shape how we communicate with our customers?
