At Factorial, we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.

The Role

We seek an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and problems, and identifying product improvements and upsell opportunities.


Responsibilities:

1. Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and goals, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value.
4. Analyze your portfolio proactively to inform decisions and create action plans.
5. Recognize trends and potential weaknesses, proposing solutions to improve customer journeys and our product.
6. Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
7. Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
8. Be tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
9. Have at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios; SaaS experience is a plus.
10. Exhibit excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask and solve problems.
11. Be proactive, innovative, and experienced in dealing with churn and upselling, working with KPIs.
12. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
