Role OverviewAs Education Director at Epitech Spain, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and development of our academic programs in alignment with Epitech’s pedagogical strategy. You will manage and inspire both students and faculty, contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational model, and actively participate in the growth of the Barcelona and Madrid campus.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the guarantor and promoter of learning-by-doing Epitech pedagogy at the local level, ensuring alignment with academic directives.Provide pedagogical and technical support to students across all program areas.Guide students throughout their learning journe y, mobilizing all necessary resources to foster their success.Recruit, manage, and coordinate external lecturers and teaching assistants.Lead and develop a team of pedagogical supervisors with diverse expertise.Monitor and report regularly to the Pedagogical Direction in France on student progress and academic quality.Propose initiatives to improve teaching methods and contribute to the continuous enhancement of academic processes.Actively contribute to campus life by organizing and participating in events such as hackathons, open days, and innovation challenges.Ensure effective collaboration with partner companies involved in professional training.Guarantee compliance with institutional and education regulatory requirementsContribute to administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the campus.Ensure the recruitment, performance, and well-being of your local team.Skills & ProfileEPITECH Master’s degree (Bac+5 ) or a Software engineering degreeAt least 3 years experience in IT education or technical domain.Strong leadership and people management skills.Experience in supervising teams and coordinating external collaborators.Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English required; French is a plus).Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and external partners.Knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation processes is an advantage.Passion for innovation, education, and student success.About Epitech SpainEpitech is one of Europe’s leading institutions in digital innovation and IT education.
