We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
* Track key demands and bug fixes for customers, collaborating with the product team to optimize products.
* Utilize Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate potential risks in their critical systems.
* Maintain system stability by providing solutions and support.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and industry-specific solutions.
* Experience with Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, packet capture, and analysis.
* Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, CDN, SLB, and related troubleshooting techniques.
* Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
* Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
* Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
