We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Specialist who combines creativity, strategic thinking, AI-driven content creation and a proactive mindset to elevate our digital presence.

This is not a traditional Senior Marketing Specialist role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a digital growth strategist, capable of creating impactful content, engaging international audiences and generating real business opportunities (lead generation).

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, energetic and passionate about digital innovation, automatization, constantly exploring new tools (including AI), trends and creative ways to grow online communities and generate potential leads.

About the company

The Art of Living in Spain ( ) is an international real estate developer creating distinctive residential and hospitality projects at Altaona Resort (Murcia).

Our young, ambitious and international team focuses on innovation, design and creating unique living experiences. Following our rapid growth, we are expanding our marketing team.

Several luxury villa projects are currently under construction, and we will soon launch the WOW Longevity Hotel with 275 hotel suites, alongside additional exciting developments.

Your mission

You will play a key role in growing our digital presence, building strong online communities and generating qualified leads through creative and strategic content initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, community management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding about Meta and Google ecosystem.
• Proven experience building and managing brand communities while driving measurable digital growth.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies through social media and digital content.
• Excellent content creation, storytelling and brand communication skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data, extract insights and translate metrics into strategic actions, continuously optimising content, campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance and scale content production and digital workflows on social networks.
• A highly proactive, energetic and creative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambitious and innovation-driven environment.
• Manage and grow all our social media channels.
• Create and execute high-impact social and creative media strategies.
• Generate qualified leads through digital content and social media initiatives.
• Monitor and actively engage with the online community.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase visibility, engagement and brand awareness.
• Linkbuilding and SEO strategies.
• Media relationships and PR.

Nice to have

• English proficiency (C1 preferred).
• Graphic design skills and experience creating video content for social media.
• Experience in SEO and linkbuilding strategies.
• Knowledge of WordPress for publishing and managing content.
• Content design and AI content creation.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Canva and video editing tools (After Effects / Premiere – not mandatory).
• Ability to develop engaging AI-powered content workflows.
