The Revenue Technology Intern will be a key player in developing automation solutions. They will work to achieve the company's 5-year plan objectives by defining and developing automated solutions to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management. They will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and support the implementation of solutions.
The candidate will also work closely with the Director of Revenue Technology to deploy RHG Revenue Management Systems and Technologies across EMEA (or other required locations), such as Revenue Management Systems or Upselling tools. They will support and drive the RHG roll-out objectives and targets. Additionally, they will be the primary contact for daily business operations, responsible for driving engagement and securing user training.
The Revenue Technology Specialist will collaborate with the Revenue Team and key RevGen stakeholders to drive Total Profitable Revenue and support System Contribution Delivery objectives, focusing on the right price at the right time, through the right channel, at the right cost.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Revenue Management System: Support and ensure deployment and support of Revenue Management Systems and Technologies (e.g., IDeaS G3, Duetto, RevPlan, Oaky) aligned with RHG objectives.
* Robotics & Automation: Support the development and implementation of automated solutions or tools in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
* Auditing and Reporting: Define and execute relevant auditing and reporting processes to support RPA and RMS activities as part of RHG objectives.
Success Factors
* Passion for revenue management and related tools (prior RMS experience is a plus).
* Ability to troubleshoot technical and analytical challenges with providers.
* Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach, capable of handling multiple tasks and teams.
