brMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand
brStrong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
brFamiliar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
brAttention to detail with good customer service
brAbility to work under pressure and have excellent time management
brMust have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
brBe part of an iconic summer destination in Ibiza
