About the Position
Under the direction of the Service Specialist Manager, develops tasks related to the technical repair and verification of Werfen Instrument systems.
Key Accountabilities
* Perform technical repairs on all assigned systems, including updates, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and product enhancements.
* Perform technical refurbishment of equipment modules.
* Program, execute, and report on service calls.
* Maintain assertive and clear communication with colleagues.
* Promote and facilitate compliance with Werfen's core values:

1. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Specialist Manager and the Service Director.
Networking/Key Relationships
Collaborate with roles within service: Service Specialist Manager, Service Area Manager, Service Director, Helpline, Field Service Engineer, Supply Chain.
