**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Operations Assistant**
- Completing daily tasks including order and, event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, website maintenance, ticket requests and other customer service enquiries.
- Assisting the client services team with administrative tasks.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service queries.
- Communicating with professionalism across all levels of business relationships, both internally and externally.
- Duties are heavily administrative and repetitive.
- This role has the potential to be a long-term opportunity where hard work will be appreciated and rewarded, along with a supportive, down to earth team who will assist in your career growth!

**STANDOUT POINTS**
- 3 weeks from **Wednesday to Sunday** with shifts from 09:00 to 15:00 or 11:30 to 20:00.
- The last week of the month from Monday to Friday.
- Office based position located in Madrid.
- Join our vibrant and driven team of 15 + international staff.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Basic knowledge or a passion for major sporting events, concerts and entertainment venues around Europe.
- Advanced C1 or above level of English is essential.
- Knowledge of microsoft excel will be advantageous.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working under pressure.
- You have impeccable attention to detail.
- You have the proven ability to problem solve, being able to think of and implement innovative solutions to every problems.
- You will have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines.
- You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, flexibility on hours will be crucial.

- Permanent full-time contract
- Salary: 24.000€ per year

Pay: 23,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per year
