Interim HR Manager
to lead the people strategy for a brand-new, fast-growing multilingual Excellence Hub in
Valencia.
We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on professional who understands the unique dynamics, KPIs, and speed of
Call Centers, Telesales, or Retail environments.

Your Purpose & Impact Lead the HR Foundations:
Manage the full employee lifecycle for a multilingual, target-driven sales population. Navigate Legislation & Labor Relations:
Expertly handle Spanish labor law, manage NIE onboarding/support for expats, and proactively establish constructive relations with local employee representatives/unions. Drive Business Performance:
Partner with Sales Leadership to tackle attrition, manage absenteeism, and hold difficult HR conversations with confidence and pragmatism. Embrace the Unknown:
Adapt flexibly to an evolving environment where you will need to identify and solve HR challenges before they even arise.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
10+ years in HR Generalist or Talent Leadership roles, with a proven track record in Call Centers, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Retail sectors. Legal Expertise:
Solid, bulletproof knowledge of Spanish labor law, local HR practices, and legal procedures (including NIE tracking and union management). Availability:
Immediate availability
to join on an interim basis. Languages:
Excellent communication skills in
English and Spanish
(essential for general stakeholder management). Mindset:
