As part of our team, you will provide user support and resolve tickets from our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Configuring and administering systems (Windows and Linux).
2. Installing individual devices, workstations, and networks.
3. Monitoring events and troubleshooting incidents.
4. Performing operations and maintenance on equipment and networks (updates, backups, scheduled tasks, etc.).
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for technicians with training and an interest in systems (Windows and Linux) and networking administration. You will also need an intermediate level of English.
Knowledge of virtualization and scripting will also be valued.
Due to the nature of the project, employment will be subject to obtaining Personal Security Clearance (PSC).
