This role is key in shaping how our brand is perceived, both externally by customers and internally across teams.As part of the Marketing team, you will create compelling visual assets that communicate clearly, reflect our brand consistently, and support our business objectives.What You Will Do- Create engaging visual assets for social media, including static visuals and short animations.- Produce monthly advertising creatives for LinkedIn, Google, and Meta optimized for campaign objectives and platform best practices.- Design newsletter banners and visual components for marketing communications.- Create visually appealing and data-driven reports, including graphs, charts, visual insights, and layout design.- Design professional guides with clear, structured, and consistent layouts.- Enhance presentations and pitch decks with strong visual storytelling and polished design.- Develop and edit promotional videos, product demos, or motion graphics using brand guidelines and creative direction.Must-Have Skills- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in tech or digital environments.- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing assets and video projects.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva.- Comfort working with data visualizations and turning metrics into visually compelling graphics.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Nice to Have- Experience with B2B SaaS or adtech companies.- Familiarity with design systems or brand guidelines.What We Offer- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international adtech company.- A role with high visibility and impact across the entire organization.- Flexible work environment (remote or hybrid).- 5 weeks per year fully remote- Collaborative culture with autonomy, creativity, and ownership.
