Lodgify is a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with innovative software, having raised $30M to support its growth.

Our platform helps property owners and managers efficiently manage and market their rental businesses online. We are an international team of over 350 people from more than 60 nationalities, based in sunny Barcelona.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through analysis, creativity, and execution. You will scale affiliate, referral, and conversion strategies while optimizing the customer journey for measurable results. Collaboration with teams like CRM, product, design, and sales will be essential. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable.

How will you make an impact?

* Affiliate & Referral Program Management : Own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our affiliate and referral programs to increase customer acquisition, retention, and viral growth. Recruit and onboard new partners, and continually assess program performance.
* Conversion Rate Optimization : Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and behavior to identify friction points and optimize conversion across the entire funnel. Conduct A / B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, onboarding, and user flows.
* Data-Driven Insights : Monitor and analyze business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, MRR), and translate data into actionable insights. Build dashboards and reports using Google Sheets or Excel for stakeholder communication.
* Market & Competitor Research : Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and benchmark growth tactics to identify new opportunities.
* Product-Led Growth (PLG) : Drive PLG initiatives by optimizing user flows, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversions, especially in our B2B SaaS, freemium, and self-service models.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to implement growth strategies, ensure brand consistency, and deliver seamless user experiences.

What makes you a great fit?

* 3+ years of proven growth marketing experience, especially with affiliate / referral programs.
* Hands-on experience designing and implementing referral mechanisms, viral loops, or loyalty programs.
* Strong understanding of business metrics (MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, churn) and a track record of driving measurable improvements.
* Proven success in CRO, including A / B testing and user flow analysis.
* Comfort working with technical teams and effective communication skills.
* Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio. Ability to analyze data and create professional presentations.
* Proactive, hands-on, self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments and continuously seeking new growth tools and trends.
* Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.

Bonus points if you have :

* Strong understanding of PLG strategies and customer journey optimization in B2B SaaS contexts.
