The Global Sales Director will be responsible for leading our regional sales teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets- Lead and manage a global sales team to drive revenue growth across all regions- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market changes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and client services to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute business plans- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting to provide insights to senior management**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a integral role- Excellent understanding of the market research industry, online panels or data collection services.- English mandatory - any other language such as German, Swedish, French, Italian or Dutch is a strong bonus.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed**What we offer in exchange**:- Competitive salary (base salary depending on experience and role)- Quarterly commissions- 13th month anniversary every year- Fully remote work - Location: anywhere remote within the client's time zone- Company laptop- Company trips- 21 days of holidays- Awesome team of colleagues from more than 25 nationalities
