As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s future pipeline introduction by preparing markets in specific Spanish regions, providing strategic insights into regional healthcare systems and market landscapes, and monitoring changes in market access policies and legislation.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Propose regional market access strategies aligned with local and global objectives, considering the current health environment and applicable regulations for Menarini Stemline products, including but not limited to:
2. Gather relevant information and analyze the environment and available product data.
3. Develop local/regional patient access strategies aligned with overall company strategy.
4. Prepare regions and hospitals for upcoming product launches by implementing validated market access strategies, including preparing and submitting relevant value dossiers.
5. Coordinate and oversee access negotiations, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups with authorities.
6. Develop and implement advocacy plans, including stakeholder mapping and engagement.
7. Create proposals for regional accounts to facilitate access to Menarini Stemline's products.
8. Collaborate with V&MA Director and team to propose and coordinate patient access boards or groups to develop or refine market access strategies.
9. Lead cross-functional teams in preparing and submitting regional reimbursement dossiers.
10. Monitor environmental and competitor information impacting market access activities and update relevant teams accordingly.
11. Establish and maintain strong, reliable relationships with relevant authorities, conveying Menarini Stemline’s image and values, coordinating with medical, commercial, and market access teams.
Skills & Experience
You hold a University degree (preferably in Health Economics) and a postgraduate qualification.
You have at least 5 years of experience in MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical companies within a high-intensity market access environment.
Key competencies include:
* Ability to review data, analyze opportunities and challenges, and proactively anticipate market developments.
* Experience with contracting models.
* Knowledge of the local market access environment and the Spanish health system across different regions.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute regional plans.
* Proficiency in working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across diverse regions and cultures in Spain.
* Excellent communication skills in oral and written formats; proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Understanding of the interplay between commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions in patient access strategies.
