The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
As we expand into new markets, we are looking for an extremely driven and ambitiousMarket Launcher to spearhead our growth, establish our presence, and build relationships with top real estate professionals in key territories. As aMarket Launcher, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of Huspy into new cities in Spain (and then Europe). You will act as a strategist, operator, and relationship-builder—working closely with our CEO & Deputy CEO, leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a successful launch. This role requires a mix of operations, sales, business development, and project management skills.
* Market expansion & strategy: launch Huspy in new cities by developing go-to-market plans, analyzing market trends and regulations, and securing licensing and compliance.
* Business development & relationships: build partnerships with top real estate agents, lead outreach efforts, and drive adoption through presentations, events, and onboarding.
* Product & technology collaboration: provide market insights to the Product team, gather agent feedback, and pilot new features to ensure strong adoption and market fit.
* Operations & market setup: hire and manage local teams, set up offices and processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful launches.
Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city—expect travel most of the time and hands-on work in different locations.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
* 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, expansion, or startup growth.
* Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal)
* Experience in startups at exponential growth stage and / or top-tier consulting firms
* Experience in sales, partnerships, or market expansion within a tech-enabled company.
* Proven track record of successfully launching new markets or territories.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Highly organized, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
