SAP HCM Swedish Payroll Consultant, Senior Associate

The Role
The consultant has deep expertise in at least one SAP HCM module and is recognized as a trusted authority within their domain. They are responsible for defining, negotiating, and executing project tasks across all development phases to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
They actively contribute to training and knowledge transfer initiatives and work closely with other Strada teams to identify and deliver the best technical and functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Experience working with SAP HCM Payroll, with a good understanding of Swedish payroll processes, legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a customer‐focused and collaborative environment.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll‐related issues effectively.
Experience supporting payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes and their integration within SAP HCM.
Customer‐oriented mindset, with the ability to build positive working relationships and understand client needs.
Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Commitment to delivering high‐quality work with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Experience working with SAP methodologies, tools, and technical environments.
Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Advanced written and spoken English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project and customer requirements.
