About the Role:
At NTT DATA we are looking for professionals specialized in: Cybersecurity Technical & Project Manager, to join an international project of great relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cybersecurity projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams and act as Project Manager and/or Technical Manager depending on project needs.
* Contribute technical expertise across different cybersecurity domains (GRC, infrastructure security, cloud, IAM, vulnerability management, SOC, etc.).
* Support proposal preparation, estimations, and technical solution design.
* Monitor planning, resources, risks, and project financials.
* Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including project or technical team management.
* Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments.
* Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
* Broad cybersecurity knowledge across multiple domains.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* High B2 or above level of English.
* Based in Spain, preferably Madrid (alternatively Valencia).
* European Union nationality.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CEH, or similar.
* Experience in multicultural and international environments.
* Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, DORA, or GDPR.
* Previous experience with International Organizations or public sector projects.
