Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive communication.
2. Ensure accurate and real-time reporting of work performed to maintain the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users present on site by applying an Ambassador attitude.
4. Ensure equipment safety and performance, as well as managing the site environment during service operations.
5. Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor. Take immediate action on site in case of high-risk identification and apply the escalation procedure.
