An opportunity for a Building & construction engineer/architect has arisen within Airbus Defense and Space in Getafe, Madrid.
Team
The selected candidate will join the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team and, within FMRE, the Building Construction team. FMRE is a key department in Airbus responsible for ESG policies in facilities, civil works, supply and management of energy, transportation, hospitality, maintenance, and designing office spaces.

Skills
Engineering | Architecture (equivalent to EQF7 / MECES 3)
Building background
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred)
Valuable experience in construction projects in the industrial sector
Project management experience / skills
Quality assurance
Technical management
Procedures follow‐up
CapEx/OpEx & finance control
R&O management
Planning management
Licenses & administration management
Negotiation level of English
Mandatory Experience
Experience in the building & construction area, either as an engineer in the field or as a project technical manager.
Leadership
