Your Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Marketing team in one of Europe’s most exciting markets. You will be responsible for the flawless execution of a BTL plan that positions Bacardi as one of the industry leaders in activation. Creating moments that matter for the consumer and being a key enabler to winning in the On Trade.
You will have a passion for understanding consumer behavior in the OnTrade and using this to win. Positively pushing the boundaries, whilst connecting stakeholders from across the business to deliver execution that balances consumers/guests, customer, and brand objectives. Being at ease making decisions, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement to stay two steps ahead of the competition.
Operating at pace, being able to multi-skill effectively and being at ease leading projects are all essential skills needed to excel within this role.
About You
You will be a natural team player, with the ability to lead from the front. Highly skilled in building strong relationships across the business, with the confidence to drive positive change within the channel. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implementing the BTL strategy for the Channel, working cross-functionally to deliver execution aligned to brand strategy.
* Putting the shopper/guest at the heart of decision making. Using insights and tools available to deliver flawless execution along the path to purchase.
* Delivering greater consistency in BTL, with 70% of execution to come from Channel Marketing toolkits from F26.
* Comfortable identifying gaps and adapting toolkits, but with a focus on executing in line with brand and shopper strategy.
* Being the Customer Marketing lead for a defined set of priority brands, including discussing BTL & ATL choices for a brand, as extracted from working in partnership with Consumer Marketing.
* Contributing to the IAP cycle, bringing a shopper/guest, customer, and brand perspective to the BTL discussion. Working cross-functionally to deliver.
* Maximizing ROI from A&P, setting clear objectives for all investment decisions and evaluating in a timely manner, including GTN spend.
* Ongoing management of A&P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes.
* Working closely with a team of Activation Managers to ensure perfect execution in key cities and hotspots.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience within Marketing or Commercial, preferably within a Premium/FMCG background.
* Exposure to WIKC/Hotspots through Commercial or Customer/Brand Marketing is preferred.
* Knowledge of the channel achieved by working directly with key customers (in a Marketing or Commercial capacity).
* Proven track record in stakeholder management.
* Experience in delivering shopper marketing activation or events is preferred.
* Experience working for a BTL/Creative agency is beneficial but not essential.
* Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for Marketing on how to build brands sustainably and effectively.
