Position Overview: Lead the housekeeping and maintenance teams for a high‑end resort serving 600–1500 guests.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and clean the resort, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet Club Med's high‑quality standards.
Inspect rooms and common areas, report any maintenance issues, and coordinate with engineering.
Work closely with reception, laundry, and restaurant services to understand the resort’s operations.
Direct and supervise 30‑50 housekeeping staff, assigning duties based on room occupancy.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests.
Monitor supplies, identify needs, and place orders.
Control work quality and ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety regulations.
Structure and motivate teams with clear objectives and support their development.
Qualifications
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
