Position Summary
Responsible for pre-qualification and assisting clients, representing MVCI products and systems with integrity while providing excellent customer service according to MVCI standards.

Overall Responsibilities
* Provide accurate information to guests with attention to detail and product knowledge.
* Conduct pre-arrival calls, service clients, and assist with membership issues during their stay.
* Identify and resolve all client issues, following up until resolved.
* Qualify clients and explain promotion terms and conditions diplomatically, especially for GI tours.
* Coordinate appointments and arrival times with the front desk at the Sales Centre.
* Deliver welcome packages to MVCI owners.
* Maintain and exceed performance standards set by Sales management.
* Obtain referrals from new and existing owners.
* Follow up on sales leads to improve results.
* Review performance with management for continuous improvement.

* Assist owners with bookings and queries.
* Engage in ongoing self-development.
* Foster positive interactions with colleagues.
* Stay current with company and industry information.
* Generate qualified prospects for Marriott’s Club Son Antem sales presentation through professional persuasion.
* Qualify clients based on participation details.
* Coordinate appointments and arrivals with the Sales Centre.
* Contact in-house clients and owner referrals to generate tours following company guidelines.

* Perform tasks as assigned by management.
* Comply with MVCI policies and procedures.
* Be punctual and maintain a professional, positive, and confident attitude.
Job Qualifications
* Fluent in English or German; additional languages are an advantage.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good organizational skills.
