&##We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Creator based in Barcelona who can turn complex ideas into digestible, useful, and visually engaging content.
This role is ideal for someone early in their content career who wants to grow fast, learn how to build a brand voice, and be part of a team that values clarity over hype. Your mission is to help make Venga feel present, understandable, and human on social media.
Always-on social content
Conceptualize, film, and edit daily content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Keep the brand active, relevant, and connected to current cultural and social trends
Creative campaigns & brand actions
Participate in the ideation and execution of creative campaigns and special brand actions
Support production and content creation for launches, activations, and experiments
On-camera presence & brand voice
Create native explainers, street interviews, and short-form content that humanizes technology
Brand tone & narrative
Apply Venga’s tone of voice: transparent, human, local, and jargon-free
Help ensure all content feels logical, accessible, and “zero drama”
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand what formats perform best
Learn how to read performance signals and improve content over time
Grow your skills in content strategy and social storytelling
&##Early experience or strong personal interest in social media content creation
Comfortable filming yourself and speaking confidently in front of the camera
Hands-on experience with vertical video editing tools (CapCut, or similar)
Professional fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
Based in Barcelona, with a good understanding of the local culture and audience
Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram Reels
Interest in fintech, technology, or digital products
Basic understanding of social media analytics
A good sense of humour and cultural awareness
