This role involves providing support for online and offline business in the UWR Centre, including data entry, handling broker queries, supporting project tasks, quality assurance, and managing internal and external inquiries. The position reports to the Hub Team Leader.ResponsibilitiesSupport rules-based branch activities requiring language skills and technical ability.Input data into rating and underwriting systems.Support online and offline business operations.Manage broker queries and support process improvements.Prepare underwriting files for renewals and new business, ensuring completeness and compliance.Maintain accurate policy tracking and support system development and testing.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with local underwriting teams and brokers.QualificationsExperience in underwriting support or insurance preferred.High School Certificate or higher;
