Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Spanish legal entity. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across legal, financial, and administrative functions, while also supporting the broader Industry Solutions division on cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage the operational activities of the Spanish legal entity
- Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
- Coordinate legal documentation, contracts, and compliance-related processes
- Manage and execute financial approvals and sign-offs in line with company policies
- Act as a key liaison with internal finance and legal teams (local and global)
- Support HR administrative processes, including onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and local requirements
- Provide operational support to the Industry Solutions division across various initiatives
- Drive process improvements and support cross-functional coordination
What You Bring
- Proven experience in an operations, business management, or similar role
- Strong understanding of legal, financial, and administrative processes within a corporate environment
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven business (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate xcskxlj independently
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an international or matrix organization (preferred)
- Familiarity with Spanish corporate and regulatory frameworks (preferred)
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
