Job Overview: We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of our real estate projects. This position requires a multi-disciplinary approach, with responsibilities ranging from project coordination, financial modeling, and reporting to third-party management, data analysis, and presenting findings to internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities: 360° Project Coordination : Oversee the coordination of real estate projects from acquisition through development to sale, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Third-Party Management : Work closely with external consultants, contractors, agents, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of project objectives. Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain financial models to assess project profitability, risk, and performance, contributing to investment decisions and project strategy. Reporting : Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and project milestones. Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market conditions, project progress, and financial metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance. Presentation Skills : Effectively present analyses, reports, and project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data. Collaboration : Work alongside other departments, including commercial, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
