What will you do?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work exclusively with one of our esteemed clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting job analyses and compiling detailed job profiles
* Filtering applications and conducting telephone pre-screening interviews
* Performing in-person interviews
* Managing the entire selection process from start to finish
* Enhancing company visibility and contributing to the ongoing development of the employer brand
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
* You are based in Barcelona.
* You have a native level of Portuguese.
* You have a good command of English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese.
* You have prior experience in recruitment.
