Role Overview
As we begin our international expansion, we're looking for a Madrid-based Marketing Manager to support client relationships, creator partnerships, and campaign execution in the Spanish market, working closely with our Dubai team. This is a chance to join a fast-growing company at an early stage and help shape luma's presence in Spain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support client meetings and relationship management in Spain
* Coordinate campaign delivery with luma's Dubai-based team
* Contribute to proposals and marketing strategies
* Support the sourcing and coordination of creator and influencer partnerships
* Assist with project management and campaign execution
* Monitor market trends and surface new business opportunities
* Represent luma at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
* 4–6 years in marketing, influencer marketing, communications, or agency environments
* Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken
* Strong client-facing and presentation skills
* Experience with creators, influencers, or digital campaigns highly desirable
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Based in Madrid or willing to travel within Spain
