Job Description:
Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Support (CSS) to strengthen internal activities that drive profitable relationships with customers by taking personal responsibility for processes. The CSS will ensure customer requirements are fully met while upholding the company's vision and mission. The role involves collaborating with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations and interacting with team members to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a liaison with internal customers on administrative matters for assigned projects.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
* Work with fellow Customer Service team members to achieve team goals.
Background & Skills:
* High attention to detail, proactivity, multitasking, strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability to procedural and system changes.
* Desirable SAP (Sales & Distribution) experience.
* Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are valuable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience in manufacturing or Service Cloud is desirable.
This position offers a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of permanence.
