Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely.
* Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
