THE ROLE :
We are seeking a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities :
1. Marketing and Sales Strategies :
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* Plan, execute, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns.
* Assess and refine the value proposition of products regularly.
* Create marketing plans for new products or markets consistent with the company's vision and standards.
1. Market Research and Analysis :
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and analyze trends and challenges.
* Provide market forecasts and reports through data collection and interpretation.
1. Digital Marketing :
* Define digital marketing strategies, set KPIs, and monitor performance across channels such as website, email, social media, and lead generation.
* Oversee creative marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and ROI maximization.
* Develop lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers.
* Optimize channel strategies and manage vendors accordingly.
1. Data Management and Performance Analysis :
* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales activities.
* Establish and track KPIs; utilize data analysis to inform decisions.
1. Forecasting and Pipeline Management :
* Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
* Track opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and analyze sales data for trends and improvements.
* Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
1. Customer Relationship Management :
* Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and retention.
* Use CRM data for insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
* Degree in marketing or related field.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and advertising campaigns.
* Extensive experience in the US market.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Passion for cycling.
