IT OT Device Solutions Analyst
The IT OT Device Solutions Analyst is responsible for leading work within or across end‑to‑end IT/OT solution lifecycles.
Duties
- Design and implement IT/OT device solutions (e.g., iPads, barcode scanners, IP building security systems, digital display technologies) by translating manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable standards‑aligned solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain connected device ecosystems, ensuring reliable operation of mobile devices, scanning systems, security platforms, and digital display infrastructure.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, capturing operational needs and aligning device solutions to business and production requirements.
- Drive proactive system health reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance device performance, reduce recurring issues, and improve end‑user experience.
- Coordinate incident resolution and escalations with IT Operations and external vendors to prevent service disruption and minimize operational impact.
- Support the full solution lifecycle (demand, design, testing, deployment, handover) while ensuring proper documentation, training, and long‑term operational sustainability.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronic technology, or relevant education in this field.
- Good verbal/conversational and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Communication skills in other languages are an added advantage.
- Ability to act in a consultative role to understand functional business processes and related information technology needs and to develop relevant solutions and delivery proposals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities concurrently.
