What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Service Delivery Manager to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management.
Requirements:
Dynamic and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate at all levels.Adaptable to challenging situations, having a pragmatic and strategic way of thinking to resolve business issues.Stakeholder Management including Exec level Stakeholders.Ability to inspire, lead, manage and motivate a team.Line managers to have a proven track record of performance management.Ability to drive continuous improvement.Proven track record of working within both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.Ability to work independently, seek information, collate requirements and updates using the tools available (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint)Ability to work closely with multiple delivery partners
