The project!
As a Stock Control Intern you will support the Stock team in optimising inventory performance and ensuring smooth commercial operations by assisting with analysis, forecasting, and coordination across sales channels, while gaining hands‑on experience in retail stock management and business processes.
What will the role entail?
* Support the team in analysing stock levels and sales performance to help optimise inventory profitability.
* Assist in monitoring daily sales operations and tracking/resolving operational incidents.
* Collaborate on stock coordination between off‑price and outlet channels.
* Contribute to the preparation of sales proposals based on available inventory and customer opportunities.
* Assist in preparing and sharing commercial reports, including stock availability summaries and analytical files.
* Support the creation, maintenance, and cancellation of sales orders within internal systems.
* Help monitor seasonal and off‑price sales activities and assist with issue resolution.
* Assist in preparing off‑price forecasts and tracking performance against plans.
* Conduct basic analysis of historical sales data to identify trends and insights.
* Support customer sales forecasting and reporting activities.

Requirements
* University degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
* Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1) any other languages are a big plus.
* IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, SAP & Power BI/BO.
* Analytical thinking, Communication, Attention to detail
