Be part of a consultancy committed to sustainability and social responsibility.What You’ll Do- Drive AI-Enhanced Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and engage SME clients across the EU who need HR digitalization.- Use AI-driven CRMs and automated outreach to build and maintain a robust pipeline.- Qualify leads using data-driven insights and prioritize outreach for maximum impact.- Own the Consultative Sales Cycle- Lead the process from first contact to contract signing, focusing on solution selling and long-term client relationships.- Conduct consultative discovery calls, practicing empathy and active listening to understand client needs.- Present compelling, customized solutions using market research and best practices.- Negotiate and close deals that drive business growth and client satisfaction.- Build Lasting Relationships- Forge strong connections with decision-makers—owners, HR managers, and finance leads.- Educate prospects on the benefits of digital HR transformation.- Maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads and ensure customer retention.- Ignite Data-Driven Marketing & Outreach- Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content, SEO/SEM) to boost brand awareness and lead quality.- Create and collaborate on sales collateral, case studies, and video content tailored to the EU SME market.- Analyze marketing and sales data to refine strategies and improve results.- Collaborate & Report- Work closely with consultants and project managers for seamless post-sale handover.- Track activities in AI-enhanced CRM tools and share actionable insights with management.- Continuously optimize your strategies based on analytics and performance data.Language Requirements- English:
Mandatory, with excellent written and verbal skills.- French & German:
