Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.
For our Separation & Flow Technologies Divisionwe are looking for a Sales Manager Separation Equipment.
Tasks:
1. Meet order intake and sales annual expectations connected with Dairy and Beverage applications.
2. Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.
3. Keep existing customers and increase nowadays GEA Westfalia Separator market share with new customers for Dairy and Beverage applications.
4. Support Head of Sales to define sales strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.
5. Support Head of Marketing to define marketing strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.
6. Manage, control and report whole offer project management process: contact customer, definition of scope with customers & Business Line, commercial discussions and support project execution.
7. Prospect and cooperate with external partners
8. Manage customer relationships.
9. Support product development projects.
10. Support Service Sales Business.
11. Support Financial Department when customers are not up to date on payments.
Your Profile / Qualifications
12. University Degree in Engineering
13. Min 3 years’ relevant experience in similar functions
14. Know-how of state-of-the-art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM)
15. Proven skills in negotiation & contracting with customers
16. Understanding of corporate finance
17. English (proficient)
18. Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations
19. Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem-solving skills
20. Team player, good networker and negotiator
21. Very good communication skills, strong salesperson
22. Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different level
23. Availability to travel
