one where electric vehicles have shifted from a niche technology to an agent of change in society.In this new era, we must lay the foundations of an electric mobility network that's fit for mass electric vehicle adoption.That's why we are leading the charge with a complete ecosystem of solutions for forward-thinking businesses and drivers.Join us to empower the global shift to electric mobility with our all-in-one EV charging solutions.As Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus on sales activities within Spain.You will report to the Regional Sales Director, France & Spain.Your role is to promote and sell EVBox charging solutions (hardware mainly, but also software and services) toward key segments in Spain.You will be engaged in the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to tender responses, contract negotiation, closing deals, and account management of your customer portfolio.Your main objective is to achieve revenue targets for the Spanish market.Business Development
Identify and prioritize key target clients and industries based on market research and analysis.Qualify and convert leads into new opportunities following defined qualification criteria.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Spain.Drive the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, conduct competitor analysis regularly.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to roll out partner projects, deploy international agreements locally, from order to delivery and successful implementation.Provide input and feedback on pricing strategies, product development, contract terms, and other sales-related decisions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in commercial, electrical engineering, electronics, renewables, or business development.Fluent Spanish and at least C1 level English.French speaking is a plus but not mandatory.At least 10 years of relevant experience in a B2B sales environment.Preferred sectors:
tech, automotive, e-mobility, electrical installation.Proven track record of achieving sales goals (quota, growth, new customer acquisition).Ability to understand customer business and tailor solutions.Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strong commercial and financial acumen.
