Marketing Delivery Lead - Marketing Associate Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Delivery Lead. The objective of the role is to support the bp Fuel Retail team in Europe and across markets to drive effective category management activities, supplier engagement, and customer loyalty through data, insights, and advanced analytics.
Key activities include:
* Serves as a single point of contact for all Convenience and Price / Promo related topics – bp & Accenture
* Streamlines and orchestrates delivery across all core areas based on scope, requirements, and priorities:
* Data, Insights and Analytics platform – Power BI Dashboards – access, refresh, improvements, training
* Performance reporting – regular cross-country and local reporting & insights
* Ad Hoc Insights, Data & Analytics support on request – European and local
* Supports and consults Data monetization lead to ensure relevant support and activities are provided to bp and bp suppliers as part of DM service
* Supports & manages Retail Pricing optimization capability toolkit – the platform with annual service, enhancements (3 service contracts to end of 2025)
* Supports & manages Retail Promotions capability toolkit (new opportunity)
* Manages & supports internal offshore / near-shore teams (5 FTEs offshore India, 1 FTE DM Lead, 1 FTE Insights India; works closely with the Pricing team – 2 FTEs)
* Coordinates and liaises across all other relevant project teams outside Convenience e.g., Data team, Loyalty team, Governance team, Segmentation team, others
* Engages with relevant bp stakeholders – European and Local levels to present, deliver, clarify, and identify solutions
* Manages commercials and project work estimates across streams
* Drives new opportunities and developments with the client e.g., Promotional optimization capability
* Industry experience (at least 5 years) in retail, fuel retail, and/or consumer goods sector
* Category management and retail analytics experience, e.g., segmentation, measurement, price/promo, assortment management
* Data analysis and interpretation; ability to translate technical insights into commercial terms and vice versa
* Strong project management, planning skills, and experience
* Strong team management and scope/deliverables management
* Strong client relationship building and engagement management
* Excellent presentation and complex problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Power BI dashboards, data visualization, and analysis
* Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
