Your role in the team
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical leader to manage a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing your team

Team Leadership & Development
* Mentoring and motivating a diverse sales team.
* Setting clear performance targets and providing continuous support.
* Promoting professional development and peak performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Defining and implementing data-driven sales strategies.
* Focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning.
Operational Management
* Monitoring daily sales activities (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecasting, resource planning).
* Ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Negotiations & Deal Structuring
* Supporting the team in complex negotiations and pricing discussions.
* Achieving favorable agreements for the company.
Collaboration & Alignment
* Working closely with Marketing, Finance, VP Sales, and other departments.
* Aligning sales initiatives with overarching business objectives.
* Ensuring a consistent strategy and communication.
Performance & Analytics
* Continuously tracking and evaluating key sales metrics.
* Analyzing market trends and competitive insights.
* Adjusting strategies to secure a strong market position.
Process Optimization
* Ensuring compliance with existing guidelines and quality standards.
* Continuously improving sales processes.
What we expect from you
* Ideally, several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of team members.
* Proven experience in selling IT solutions (applications, software, or hardware) to decision-makers at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills in German and strong presentation skills in English.
* Determination, proactivity, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
