General Description
Under the direction of the National Field Director Spain & Portugal, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeiGene's products in the designated region in Spain. The Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by defined resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops the commercial team.
Build brand awareness for BeiGene and its products in the hemato-oncology market.
Build and structure a competent commercial field team in Spain.
Achieve regional sales goals and performance metrics.
Plan and monitor regional budgets.
Define sales goals and analyze market performance.
Identify developmental needs of team members and execute training and coaching programs.
Provide scientific support to KOLs in hospitals.
Keep management informed of market changes and competitor activities.
Supervise key account plans and collaborate with market access teams.
Provide leadership that fosters high performance, engagement, and alignment with BeiGene values.
Drive business decisions with a focus on patient care.
Ensure team compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
Over 5 years of qualified experience as a commercial team leader, with leadership in the hemato-oncology market.
Successful supervision of commercial teams.
Strong social skills and teamwork capacity.
Enjoy working in a team and networking.
Good command of English and computer skills.
Valid driver's license.
University degree in science or business.
Manage the local / regional sales team, including hiring, supervising, and developing team members.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English and the local language; Hiring decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
