About the Role
As a German account manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns. Your role will have a direct impact on their success, as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the client's customer base across EMEA.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies
Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long-term partnerships
Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience
Requirements
Fluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6-12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year
