KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and execute ice cream packaging procurement strategies across Europe.
2. Manage packaging material supply, mitigate risks through innovative solutions in collaboration with partners.
3. Monitor supplier capacity and capabilities, including mould utilization, to ensure supply continuity.
4. Oversee mould health, refurbishment projects, and capex management.
5. Lead and manage a WL1 team.
6. Support global and regional negotiations.
7. Conduct contract negotiations using business and digital tools.
8. Follow market conditions and lead price forecasting for budgeting and cash flow planning.
9. Contribute to sustainability goals, including NDPE and plastic reduction.
10. Deliver cost savings and value creation initiatives.
11. Optimize packaging designs for cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and consumer appeal.
12. Identify and implement projects to enhance supply chain value and efficiency.
13. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
14. Drive supplier innovation ideas to market.
15. Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to align technical and commercial programs.
16. Ensure resilient supply chains are integrated into sourcing strategies.
17. Reduce portfolio complexity.
18. Implement and leverage digital tools in sourcing activities.
19. Maintain high levels of supplier service and quality.
20. Act as a key interface with suppliers, demonstrating procurement value.
21. Communicate and execute supply strategies with internal stakeholders.
22. Support regulatory compliance and manage escalations as needed.
23. Maintain strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
* Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum five years of procurement and supply chain experience.
* Industry knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
* Proven success in procurement and negotiations.
* Experience with long-term strategic planning.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Advanced Excel and analytics skills.
* Experience working in global virtual teams and with suppliers worldwide.
* Negotiation expertise and understanding of finance.
* Proficiency in systems like Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP CLM.
* Additional skills: change management, forecasting, market operations.
