The Role:
We seek aProduct Catalog Specialistto join our global team. This role coordinates the go-to-market strategy and maintenance of the AIRE product catalogacross sales channels, processes, and locations, ensuring consistency and coordination between marketing, sales, operations, and IT. Additionally, this position provides support in recurring digital marketing tasks related or unrelated to the product catalog.
What You Will Do
Product Catalog Management & Operational Coordination
* Coordinate the go-to-market strategy and maintenance of the AIRE product catalog (retail and experiences) across channels, processes, and locations.
* Configure and maintain product catalog in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with marketing/sales, operations, and IT.
* Collaborate on the creation of new products and campaigns, translating technical requirements between marketing, operations, and IT.
* Manage Google My Business, Apple Maps, and paid product feeds, ensuring information consistency across platforms.
* Liaise directly with Site Directors to align operational needs (experience limitations, site closures, etc.) and reflect them in the system.
Digital Marketing Support & Collaboration
* Provide support in recurring digital marketing tasks related or unrelated to the catalog.
* Update website content and manage blog posts.
* Create and manage B2C and B2B promotional codes.
Reporting & Optimization
* Identify and design system improvements or changes needed for product creation and maintenance.
* Monitor stock and availability of experiences and products.
* Propose new objects and configurable parameters to optimize processes.
What We Are Looking For
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Business, or similar.
* Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (desirable).
* Systems: Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce desirable; PIM systems highly valued.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in:
o Managing and maintaining product or service catalogs in web environments.
o Collaboration with Product, Sales, Logistics, or Commercial teams to coordinate launches, updates, and promotions.
o Preferably in hospitality, retail, or travel sectors with premium/luxury positioning.
o Strongly desirable: experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and product data management tools.
