Senior Payroll Specialist
with a high level of
English and Spanish
for a major
multinational IT
company in its new offices in
Valencia
. This
on-site
position involves ensuring full compliance with Spanish labor and tax legislation. It also includes overseeing all payroll management processes to guarantee that employee payments are made accurately, on time, and in accordance with current local regulations.
The successful candidate will carry out the
following tasks:
* Comprehensively manage the payroll process for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with current regulations on tax, social security and labour legislation.
* Correctly apply special tax regimes, such as those for non-residents or expatriates.
* Register employees with the Social Security and the Tax Agency.
* Coordinate with the HR and TR teams on changes in compensation, benefits, hiring, termination, compensation strategies and data management.
* Collaborate closely with the finance team on payroll reconciliations, audits, and monthly and annual accounting closes.
* Attend internal queries related to payroll.
It is required:
* Solid experience in payroll management and personnel administration processes, with knowledge of concepts and processes in accordance with the Spanish framework.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, commonly used in a professional environment for both written communications and participation in meetings.
* Mastery of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
* People orientation.
* Analytical and decision-making skills.
* Communication skills.
* Experience in the management of HR management softwares.

Experience required:
* More than 3 years of experience performing tasks similar to those described.
Required education:
* University degree in labour relations, Law or related qualifications.
Required languages:
* Spanish: expert.
* English: expert.
